Platon Alexiades
I would like to mention the recent launch of the frigate Emilio Bianchi, named after one of the heroes of Alexandria in December 1941. Being born in Alexandria, the story was always close to my heart! I know that Bianchi passed away only a few years ago and I am grateful to observe that his action has been suitably recognised by the Italian Navy. https://www.analisidifesa.it/2020/01/varata-la-decima-fremm-la-fregata-multiruolo-emilio-bianchi/ Platon Giuseppe Garufi and Francesco De Domenico
Giuseppe Garufi
Platon Alexiades
Dear Giuseppe, It would indeed be very special if the two ships return to Alexandria under Egyptian colours. Many thanks for the comments! All the best, Platon Giuseppe Garufi and Iscandar
Giuseppe Garufi

Buona giornata.
