Woods, RN) torpedoed and sank the Italian armed merchant cruiser Ramb III (3667 GRT, built 1938) at Bengasi, Libya. Conterosso Posted November 13, 2021 Author Report Share Posted November 13, 2021 Si, si tratta della stessa nave. Tuttavia non fu affondata ma gravemente danneggiata nella parte prodiera. La nave rimase galleggiante e rientrò in Italia senza la porzione di scafo prodiera, che fu poi ricostruita, navigando a marcia indietro.
